I am Heather Salter and I have spent 25 years working in people management as a director, manager, trainer, facilitator, coach, mediator and mentor and have gained a lot of experience and helped and supported many people through their life’s journey.  

I do use some traditional coaching techniques but I became ever more aware that people who came to my door needed a more soul centred approach. Over the past few years I have worked with individuals and groups in organisations and was able to share more of who I am by using a  spiritual approach. Individuals welcomed it, thrived on it, and wanted more.   On my journey through life I have connected with so many like-minded souls and fellow travellers and it's a relief not to have to put on the 'corporate hat' and hide who I really am any more.

I haven't thrown the baby out with the bath water however - what I've done is to fuse together my knowledge, my experiences, my complementary therapy training, my down to earth northern approach and my spirituality to give a unique approach to helping others find themselves or simply find an answer to a problem, build confidence, or find a new direction.   This approach takes account of the individual on several levels and "one size does not fit all".
