You may be a very private person, or want to have more concentrated focus by one-to-one coaching or mentoring rather than take part in the group coaching approaches mentioned elsewhere in the website. 

The first coaching session is always 1.5 hours and the first half hour is for us to decide if I am right for you and you are right for me.  It's always a two-way thing and so important if we are to work together closely. I will use a range of techniques which are appropriate for you and will ensure that you feel totally comfortable with everything that happens.  All I ask is that at the end of the first half hour if you decide not to continue you make a small donation by cheque to "The Hunger Project" as a way of saying thank you for the time we have spent together.   In that way 'we' are both contributing to a very worthy cause which helps women and men to get involved in sustainable projects to help themselves out of poverty and hunger - see  http://www.thp.org/

If we continue we will agree together how often we are to meet and what support may be needed inbetween sessions.   In order to facilitate real and lasting change you may be asked to undertake some exercises between sessions to help you consolidate what you have learned and what will become "new habits" for the future.
